The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is to use the NHS App

The NHS App shows all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.

You can also:

• Order your prescription using Systemonline above (you will need to have registered to use this service)
• Complete our online form and submit a request under the 'medication' tab
• Leave a message on our Prescription Voicemail Service by selecting 'Option 2' when you call the surgery
• Fill out a repeat prescriptions request form from reception and drop in the letterbox

We do not take repeat prescription requests by email

Prescriptions CANNOT be taken by a receptionist over the telephone unless in exceptional circumstances.

By requesting your prescription online, you are helping to reduce 30% of unnecessary calls into the surgery.

As well as the NHS App, you can also order online using the SystmOnline via the link at the top of this page. (You will need to have a userid and password to use this method. If you do not already have access, please contact the surgery).

You can also use our online form to order repeat prescriptions, request a medication review or enquire about your medication

Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered by marking your green slip with the items you require and then posting or giving this to the receptionist. 

We are not able to take requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone unless special arrangements are made with reception.

The prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy up to 48 working hours after we receive the order. Please order prescriptions in plenty of time so that you do not run out of medication.

PRESCRIPTION VOICEMAIL SERVICE

We have introduced a prescription voicemail service for anyone who is unable to request their prescription online.

To use this service, please choose 'option 2' when calling the surgery 

* Please Note: This is a prescription voicemail service only, we do not deal with other requests using this method, we cannot acknowledge your voicemail, but will guaranatee that it will be dealt with by a member of the team *

If you have a repeat prescription, we may ask you to come in for a regular review. We will be in touch when you need to come in for a review.
