Our online contact platform is available to patients registered with Walkley House & Stannington Medical Centres and offers a range of options depending on the nature of your enquiry. Availability varies based on the option selected, and some forms may close earlier than others throughout the day. However, there will always be options available until 6:30pm for non-urgent and certain administrative queries.

If you have a clinically urgent enquiry outside of these hours and it cannot wait until the next working day, please contact reception during opening hours or call NHS 111 for advice.

We aim to review all clinical enquiries on the same working day, though we may not always be able to respond immediately. Urgent enquiries will be prioritised, but in some cases, we may advise you to contact 111 or attend A&E if necessary.
