Register for Online Services

At Walkley House & Stannington Medical Centre there are several ways you can access your medical records, request appointments and information

Use our systmconnect online form to contact the surgery - you do not need to have registered to use it but by doing so you will save time and contact with the surgery will be more efficient

The quickest and most effective way is to login to systmconnect is by using your NHS App

You can also order prescriptions, see your upcoming appointments, check test results and more in the NHS App

SystmOnline links directly to the patient management software that we use in clinic. Patients can access their medical records, order repeat prescriptions and more by using SystmOnline.

SystmOnline can be accessed here. For those wanting to access SystmOnline content via their smartphone, we recommend downloading Airmid

If you have used SystmOnline previously, you can use the same login details to access Airmid. Alternatively, you can logon using your NHS Login.

By using Systmonline to log into our online form your personal details will already be pre-filled saving you time.

If you have never used the SystmOnline service to access your records, you will need a user ID and password from the surgery to gain access.

First-time users should go to their nearest clinic with photographic ID. You will then be given your login information.

If you have forgotten your login details, you can send an administrative request using our online form or call the surgery.
