At Walkley House & Stannington Medical Centre there are several ways you can access your medical records, request appointments and information

Use our systmconnect online form to contact the surgery - you do not need to have registered to use it but by doing so you will save time and contact with the surgery will be more efficient

The quickest and most effective way is to login to systmconnect is by using your NHS App

You can also order prescriptions, see your upcoming appointments, check test results and more in the NHS App

Systmonline links directly to the patient management software we use in clinic. It allows patients to:

• Access parts of their medical record
• Order repeat prescriptions
• Book appointments

If you're using a smartphone, we recommend downloading the Airmid app for easier access.

If you've used Systmonline before, you can use the same login details for Airmid. Alternatively, you can log in using your NHS Login.

By logging into our online form via Systmonline, your personal details will be automatically pre-filled — saving you time and reducing errors.

If you haven’t registered for Systmonline yet, you’ll need a user ID and password from the surgery. First-time users should visit their nearest clinic with photographic ID to receive their login credentials.

If you've forgotten your login details, you can send an administrative request using our online form or call the surgery.
